What is watched automatically
An external probe runs nightly against the public site, the address form, checkout and scoring. It alerts us only after a target has failed twice in a row, because a single timeout on a cold start is noise and a monitor that cries wolf gets muted.
It cannot see everything. The probe runs on the same platform as our database, so if that platform goes down the probe goes down with it and you get silence rather than an alert. Email delivery is not probed at all. Those are real gaps, and they are why this page asks you to trust what you are seeing over what it says.
If something is broken
Email hello@use2ndsight.com. We answer within one business day. Tell us the address you were reading and roughly when — that is usually enough for us to find the failure in the logs without another round trip.
If you paid for a report you never received, say so in the first line. We will either deliver it or refund it, and you do not need to argue the point.
