Status is read from the licence and inspection record, not from a visit. A third value, Inspected after expiry, means the most recent city inspection on file post-dates the latest licence expiry on file. Treat it as a gap in the record rather than a finding about the business: a renewal can be keyed late, filed under another entity name, or missing from this dataset, and the inspection date shown beside it is often years old.
