FilterLoading closures…

Not a complete count. Closures take roughly three years to surface in the licence record, so recent months are under-represented here; press and owner announcements fill part of that gap and are labelled Reported until the record agrees. Confirmed means a health inspection recorded the business out of business. Likely means the licence lapsed and stayed lapsed. A licence that lapsed within the last nine months is not listed either way. At that range most are late renewals, not closures. Licences folded into an active licence for the same brand at the same address are excluded: the business is still trading, whether the same owner re-papered it or sold it as a going concern.

This page is the whole city. Pick the area you actually care about and we will email you when a new restaurant licence appears there, and stay quiet when none does. It covers openings only: a closure takes about three years to surface fully in the public record, and we will not send an alert we cannot stand behind.
