  The Site Report reads like a report

  Every figure on the Site Report now carries the evidence it came from, peer ranks sit beside the score rather than in a separate section, and the revenue chain is shown end to end instead of arriving as a single number. Reports are also shareable by link, so you can send one to a partner or a lender without giving them an account.

  The methodology page named the wrong model

  The methodology page described a model that was no longer the one scoring your reads. The scores themselves were correct throughout; the description of how they were produced was out of date. The page is now generated from the shipped model, so it cannot fall behind it again.

  Cohort years now start at 2003, and every score was refit

  The licence record begins partway through 2002, so 2002 was never a full year of openings. Treating it as one pulled the earliest cohort's survival rate down and slightly distorted every score fit against it. Cohorts now begin at 2003 and the model has been retrained. If you took a read before this date, it is worth taking again.

  Dashboards now count restaurants, not every food licence

  Chicago issues one retail-food licence to restaurants, groceries, pharmacies and corner stores alike. The models had always filtered to restaurants, but several dashboards had not, so counts and movers lists included businesses that were never restaurants. The dashboards now use the same filter the scoring does.

  Every Chicago community area now has its own page: what has opened there, what has closed, and how the area's survival record compares with the city. Useful before you have an address in mind.

  An accessibility statement, and what it does not claim

  There is now a published accessibility statement covering what has been fixed, the gaps we know about, and how to reach a person if something blocks you. It stops short of claiming full WCAG conformance, because the testing that would justify that claim is not finished.
